I am currently experimenting with an embedded group chat tool courtesy of Meebo Rooms. This is primarily for testing purposes, as the application may be integrated into another project. However it is more than likely that I'll leave the page up for social purposes.
I'm not likely to be online much - if at all - however in my absence you can still leave me messages to introduce yourself and let me know how you ran across the site. I'll check periodically to see if anybody has had a play. If you do please let me know if you think the tool is worth keeping.

I'm beginning to flesh out the content in the videos section and have added the lyrics to my original songs, as well as a basic tutorial to "Catch the Wind" and the tablature for "Ladybugs' Picnic." I'll be including similar tutorials and/or descriptions with the other tracks too as time permits.

First of all thank you to everyone who took the time to report how you discovered this website. It certainly did eliminate the mystery!
With that said, I sincerely apologise for not having updated anything here the last few weeks. Work has been nuts and it has been difficult enough to keep up the relatively short posts to my various blogs, let alone site development and planning here.
I still have every intention of getting a move-on with this site, it just looks like it will take me a bit longer than I had previously hoped. Nonetheless please bear with me, my schedule can't possibly stay like this forever. Otherwise I'll have plenty of time to tinker from the mental ward when I finally have my nervous breakdown!

Despite a relative absence of promotion, I have noticed a phenomenal amount of traffic on this website over the last 2 weeks or so. I do use a hit tracker known as Statcounter which will normally indicate the page of origin, however Google is not very found of the JavaScript code that the web-app uses. Therefore I have absolutely no idea where you all are coming from.
This begs the question: How on Earth did you find me? I just have to know, because the hit totals are reaching 50 unique visitors on some days, and my blog doesn't even get half that on the average day despite having existed for almost a year.
So if anyone would be so kind as to send me an email to indicate how you discovered this site I would be grateful.

Due to work commitments I have been unable to devote any new time to the development of this site. So in lieu of new content here I have included links in both the Photo Gallery and Lyrics and Music sections that reference existing content on some of my other web-projects.
I will try to get back to this site as soon as I possibly can; however until then I hope this will act as an acceptable substitute.

Welcome to my little home on the web. This page is currently under construction and therefore a bit threadbare in places; but I am constantly working on fleshing out the site and should hopefully have more for you to look at in the coming days and weeks.
When completed the site will feature a fairly substantial Photo Gallery, a collection of my original lyrics, music and poetry, as well as other bits and pieces.
In the meantime I have made some additions to the Poetry section of this site and encourage you to take a look. The material spans the last few years and features some of my better original work. If you like what you read I encourage you to email me via the Contact Me link below.

In keeping with my status as a technophile, this site has been created - at least initially - as a testing grounds for my evaluation of Google Page Creator. From the few minutes I've spent perusing this application it seems quite clear that Page Creator features the same streamlined and user-friendly interface that Google has become famous for.
So much so that despite my status as an aspiring coder, the ease with which you are able to publish information, pictures and content to the web makes the WSYIWYG component of this application too good to pass up.
I will be adding content and additional pages in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. This will most likely include pictures of my lovely wife and daughter, news, announcements and other tidbits of information that don't fit within the vision of my blog (http://acousticdad.blogspot.com/), which is devoted primarily to web-technology and politics.
So if you've just stumbled across this page fear not, this is only the first step...
